Welcome to our educational/training and entertainment facility. Our 400 acre sanctuary invites you to explore nature and maple first hand. Learn how "sweet water" was discovered by the Aboriginals and later how it was passed onto the pioneers. See first hand innovation making a difference. Learn the art and benefits of cooking and baking with maple in our daily lives.

Guided Maple Adventure

• Begins with a short walk to our native display to see how the origins or maple syrup began.
• Learn how the Aboriginal people passed along the "sweet water" tradition to pioneers.
• Next we continue along the path to our Grandmother Maple Tree.
• Discover the innovation that our ancestors used in tapping and gathering sap.
• From hand and yokes to bucket and horse the tradition continued.
• See the progress from the early generations to more modern times as we move along into our Sugar Camp.
• Explore the camp and see for yourselves how this timely tradition has woven its way into our lives
• Next stop...our Maple Shoppe.
• From production to product we have it all. Our maple syrup is used in all of our products including syrup, taffy, cotton candy, jams, salsa, fruit syrups...
