Fulton’s Maple Creamy Fondue

PREP TIME: 5 mins | TOTAL TIME: 30 mins | SERVINGS: 8-10


1/2 cup Fulton’s Organic Maple Syrup
2 cup 18% cream
2 tsp corn flour
Firm fruits and berries cut into small pieces


Gently heat maple syrup in pan for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the corn flour with 2 tsp of cream.

Bring the remaining cream to a boil and add the maple syrup.

Blend the corn flour into the syrup mixture. Heat gently, stirring continuously until thickened.

Serve the fondue in a small pan over a spirit lamp or tea light candle.
