INGREDIENTS
1 round Woolwich Dairy goat brie
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Fulton‘s Organic Maple Syrup
15 ml (1 tbsp) dried cranberries
20 ml (2 tbsp) coarsely chopped walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat over to 375 F (190 C)
In a small bowl, mix fruit, syrup and walnuts together and spoon on top of brie.
Place on a baking sheet or ceramic brie baker and bake for 15-20 minutes until soft.
Serve with crackers or thinly sliced baguette bread.
