2 1/2 cups milk (can substitute water)
1 cup quick oats
1/3 cup Fulton’s Organic Maple Syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
toasted walnuts (or almonds, etc.)
Whisk eggs with milk (or water) and oats in a medium saucepan and set over medium-low heat.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until very creamy, about 15 minutes.
Stir in Fulton’s Organic Maple Syrup, vanilla and salt.
Divide among four bowls.
Top with fruit and nuts, and an extra drizzle of maple syrup, to taste.
