1/4 cup Fulton’s Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 pound salmon fillet
In small bowl, mix together Fulton’s Maple Syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, pepper until smooth.
Arrange salmon in a shallow glass baking dish and coat well with maple syrup mixture.
Cover the baking dish and marinate, refrigerated, for 30-60 minutes, turning once.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
