PREP TIME: 5 mins | TOTAL TIME: 35 mins | SERVINGS: 3 – 4
INGREDIENTS
1 large head cauliflower, washed and cut into small florets & set into a large bowl
½ cup Fulton’s Hot Sauce (either mild or hot, your choice)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all of the ingredients other than the cauliflower in a bowl, and whisk together.
Carefully drizzle the hot sauce mixture over the florets – deciding on personal preference as to how much sauce you wish to use. Stir and toss well to coat evenly.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes. Be sure to stir and turn the florets as they cook. Cook until desired tenderness and – if you wish, place under the boil for about 2 minutes to finish the “crispness”. Watch carefully on the broil setting so they don’t burn.
Serve immediately with your favourite sour cream or greek yogurt for dipping.
