Egg, Maple, and Red Pepper Wrap

PREP TIME: 5 mins | TOTAL TIME: 10 mins | SERVINGS: One portion


1 egg

1 egg white

1 tbsp skimmed milk

1 tbsp chives, chopped

1/4 cup red pepper, diced

1 tbsp Fulton’s Infused Jalapeño syrup

Salt and pepper to taste

1 small tortilla (15cm/6”)


In a bowl, whisk the egg, egg white, milk and syrup. Season with salt and pepper. Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, then add the egg mixture. Stir continuously with a wooden spoon until the eggs are cooked.

Remove the pan from heat. Add the chives and peppers. Leave to cool for a few unites.

Spread the filling down the centre of the tortilla and roll up tightly.
