Pink Grapefruit Salad with Infused Maple Vanilla Syrup

PREP TIME: 30 mins | TOTAL TIME: 35 mins | SERVINGS: 4 servings


4 pink grapefruits


1/4 c. Fulton’s Infused Vanilla Maple Syrup

1/2 c. Olive oil

Roasted pine nuts


Peel 4 pink grapefruit (collect juice), then segment before placing in salad bowl on a bed of arugula.

Mix syrup, collected grapefruit juice and olive oil.

Pour over grapefruit, garnish with grilled pine nuts, serve right away.
