Meet Team Awesome

The Fulton's staff team, all together

Our business would not be possible without the commitment and skills of these individuals – who enjoy working together, being outside in the winter, and engaging in the chaos and joy known as Maple Harvest Season!

Shirley Fulton-Deugo

70 years

Shirley is the driving force behind Fulton’s. She’s a nature enthusiast who enjoys long walks in the woods, a community leader who actively supports local business, a mentor who brings out the best in her team, and a proud Nana who always puts family first.

Scott Deugo

45 years

Scott may be the most integral member of our team. When he’s not working full time in Ottawa, he’s working full time at our Sugar Bush – managing the forest, collecting sap, managing syrup production, fixing equipment, and doing it all with a smile.

Brenda Deugo

21 years

Brenda is the ultimate “mom” on site – doing whatever she can to help our team members, from managing the spa-line production, to bottling syrup, to overseeing the organic certification. All this when she’s not busy raising the 6th generation of Fulton’s!

Sian Aldred

15 years

Sian is our Maple Shop Manager and the driving force behind all the delicious maple goods that you enjoy from our kitchen and gourmet maple products in the Shop. When we say our products are “made with love in Ontario” that includes her kindness and warmth.

RaeAnn Davey

6 years

RaeAnn is the excellence behind Fulton’s customer service. Her drive to deliver a kind, thoughtful, and timely response to each and every customer inquiry is unmatched. Her “RaeAnn-isms” put a positive spin on anything without compromising strong values.

Monica-Lynn Terpstra

13 years

Monica-Lynn is the controller for Fulton’s but we like to think of her as our in-house efficiency expert. She’s determined to make office processes seamless for all and actively builds the financial foundation for our family farm to succeed.

Al Potvin

6 years

Al’s contributions to Fulton’s are highly visible to our visitors – his craftsmanship skills are presented in various informative displays on our farm. Al’s big heart and innovative mind make him the perfect person to teach families about maple syrup production, but his main job is being Shirley’s #1 fan.
