Well it’s been an up and down sap flow so far this year…Temperatures swung from too cold to too warm for a good sap flow.
We are excited to have been able to produce all four grades of maple syrup already…Remember that we can’t carry all grades in all container sizes because it’s up to Mother Nature to give us what she can..
The weather looks perfect for a great sap run this week! We hope Scott and his crew are ready for some late nights. 😉
